Have you ever tried to break a world record?

Tomorrow could be your chance! At 10 a.m. in your local time zone, join the Let’s Move in Schools movement to break the JAM World Record. This drive is to get EVERYONE to take one minute to get up and move. Tomorrow is dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of making activity a daily habit and ensuring kids learn healthy habits at a young age through good physical education programs in schools.

The Ask, Listen, Learn team knows that in order for your brain to function at its peak; you need to get your blood flowing with physical activity. This student at Paul Public Charter School had fun running on the game while answering questions about alcohol and healthy choices:.
