This month is National Pizza Month- how exciting is that?!
There are many ways you can make pizza into a healthy, well-rounded meal. You can use whole wheat, gluten-free or thin crust, or even use grounded cauliflower, zucchinis or multigrain tortillas as a base.
It’s also wise to think about your toppings and what vegetables or fruits you could top your creation with. You could try sweet potatoes, kale, green peppers, eggplant or even peaches!
